I’ve now been to every Las Pencas location in the Bay Area, and I stand by all of them. Great food and service across the board. If they keep everything the same and don’t raise the prices through the roof, I will be a lifelong customer. :)

Great meat, smokey, spicy, large portion but some bits of really burnt asada.
The salsas chipotle spicy red, sour and smokey spicy green, and creamy sweet spicy avocado salsa are very flavorful and awesome.
Creamy smooth mix of avocado and sour cream.
Love that's there's jalapeños and cilantro relish.
The chips were not so good ended up soggy after 10 minutes of pickup.

They have gotten so much better since they open I highly recommend their carne asada fries I personalized mine due to allergies overall very good highly recommended very good price $13 for carne asada fries and the quantity is perfect

I when to las pecas in San Mateo to order the tacos dorados pay $17 plus tip only to find out I got fried roll of tortillas no meat, i was a regular customer at las pencas in south city never disappointed me. maybe is not the same owner, I call to let them know but the receptionist ask me to leave a review on door dash or Uber that’s all she said ?here is the small video for reference
