Delicious food! We had the Diablo super burrito, which was amazing and pleasantly spicy. The carne asada super quesadilla was also great, very nicely grilled and flavorful. The horchata was tasty too. Plenty of seating and quick services. They have a large menu and I’d love to try more.

I recently dined at taqueria las pencas and had an exceptional experience! I ordered the filete de pescado and chile relleno, both of which were absolutely fantastic. The filete de pescado was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful with a delightful blend of spices. The chile relleno was equally impressive, with a perfect balance of heat and savory goodness.

The ambiance of the restaurant adds to the overall dining experience. The patio area is particularly noteworthy—it’s spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It’s also dog-friendly, making it a perfect spot for those who want to enjoy a meal with their furry friends.

The service was top-notch as well, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed.

If you’re looking for delicious Mexican cuisine in a pleasant and welcoming setting,Taqueria las pencas is the place to go. Highly recommended!

The staff here aren't as kind or welcoming as Las Pencas #1 in South San Francisco... I'll stick with #1 from now on.

Got a late dinner (since this is one of a FEW places that stays open after 9pm). Quick service. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The burritos are delicious. Recommend for a quick but tasty bite. Will return!

Very nice place, I went with my family and ordered a fried mojarra, it was very delicious, although the beans were not to my liking. I also ordered a shrimp ceviche and unfortunately I didn't like it, it had too much onion and lacked a little more flavor. I will return but I don't recommend the ceviche

The food is good. Service too but is not a full service to your table. So, if you expect enjoy a coffee and refilled at your table is not going to happen. Because you order at front , pay and pick up your food at the front as well.Food is delicious and the portions are descent for the price. They sell chapulines too.Note: no parkin.
