I went in thinking it was ice cream shop and decided to give this tasty treat try. I had the pistachio and Oreo dessert. They were both delicious. The pistachio is my favorite. Go Che it out.

Atmosphere is welcoming. sunlight complements the Barifa decor. Service is also warm. Barifia bakes some of it food on site. The wonderful food not baked on site is done at a local kitchen in the city of san mateo.

Family owned cafe in San Mateo. The service is so friendly and homely. The decor is well curated. And most importantly the concept is soooo cool. A play on the Indian sweet Barfi, Barfia serves custom Barfi and a bunch of cultural drinks and food native to India and Philippines. Love this spot!
