My kid loves the mini pretzel dog bites here. He always wanted one whenever we visited Hillsdale Shopping Center. Both locations on the upper floor and lower floor were good. They had the same quality.

We showed up at 8:20 pm tonight (on a Monday night) with 6 disappointed kids because the employee Baryan said they already closed and refused to serve pretzels during store hours. Horrible customer service !
Super friendly staff, always quick.
Terrible service. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, 3 feet from a worker, and was completely ignored. Not so much as a hello. Would be nice to know if they were open or not, as the hours stated that they opened at 10am, and it was 10:50am. Thanks for nothing.

They refused to give water, even though they have small cups and they have water.
What a fantastic experience. I tried the Pepperoni Pretzel and I loved it. I highly recommend Wetzel's Pretzels for a quick lunch and it's big enough to share if you just want a few bites.Great job guys!

Super Unprofessional more than 30 mins to closing time they turnin down purchases like they ran out of product when they just being lazy and dont wanna make more Went back a few days later to see they fixed the issue in regards to being short on product they had a very large supply of product ready for sale and were very polite and gave great service so big ups to the employees at this location for turnin it around so quickly definitely my new favorite Wetzel’s now
The kids love this place. Even tho it's just flour, butter and salt, you try to make those ingredients that tasty.

Love Wetzel's Pretzels - they have very good Jalapeno Cheese Pretzels and a great cheese dip.
My family love this place. We always order their Wetzel bitz with caramel and almond crunch. Anywhere we go, staff are always friendly.
