Three words-AVOID AVOID AVOID. I walked into this place and saw an older woman at the cash register. She was staring at her phone and not wearing a mask. There was a little girl that was running around behind her who also did not have on a mask. But what really made me nervous was that there was a bag of open cough drops behind the register; which meant one of them had been feeling unwell. I should have walked right out the door, but instead made the stupid mistake of staying and placing an order. I ordered lychee boba tea and was served this weird, gross concoction. It tasted as bad as it looked. I did not taste a hint of lychee, only some strange spoiled fruit and something that resembled peppermint. This place needs new ownership ASAP.

Walked in and 2 ladies and a baby (family owned seems like) were not wearing masks. Didn't put them on until a few minutes later. Toys everywhere as if it was her grandkids play are. Ordered a honeydew smoothie and idk what it was but thinking of just water and honeydew powder stirred.

Taro/ube milk tea is really really good and milky, oolong milk tea is not good taste like later, cute mom and pop shop, takes awhile for your drink since it's one person only

Not only do they have good service but amazing shaved ice as well. If you come here try the coconut flavor it is the bomb. 10/10 would recommend.

Was my first time ordering here and was such a disappointment. Ordered a strawberry smoothie and to be frank, I could have made it much better at home. I also ordered a mangolada and it was completely rock frozen and obviously was not fresh, it took me more than 4 hours to thaw it out. Nothing like what I had expected.

The guy behind the counter didn't speak English... I mean like he REALLY didn't speak any English. It was kinda weird cuz you would at least expect him to understand the names of some of the items he's selling... idkAlso it was hot af inside, literally hotter then it was outside which is strange for shop that sells ice related products...But the worst part was that I had to repeat what toppings I wanted 5+ times just to find out that they had none of those toppings left plus I had already payed....So when I asked for a receipt to make sure he didn't charge me for the toppings, all the sudden the receipt machine don't work SMHDon't even try them out. Your better off getting McDonald's McCafe lol

I'd only suggest going here if you have a sweet tooth and no other options. The shaved snow looks really pretty in photos, but it's haphazard looking in real life. I also ordered a black tea with boba but the color was off as if a bit of milk was added to the tea accidentally. Moreover the boba was overcooked and incredibly mushy. The family that runs it is incredibly kind, but unfortunately the two items I tried weren't great.

The folks who work here clearly don't know their own menu, and can't even make the dragon snow. Don't go here if you tryna get irritated.

Today I experienced the worst customer service ever. I had purchased Boba from this place before the new ownership apparently took over. I walked in with my daughter and I proceeded to work through what she wanted to order because she got shy (she is only 5) and didnt know yet what she wanted. I observed that ownership had changed to a Latinx family and the grandmother rushed behind the counter with a small child she was pushing in a stroller to ring me up. I then placed my order in which the grandmother was able to ring up with the Point of Service (POS) system working. To suddenly be told to my face - sorry the POS isn't working - you need to pay cash. There are no signs posted that I would need to pay cash - this was never mentioned when I walked in - which it would be polite to do. So I simply said to the grandmother - cancel my order and walked out. There were other customers a man and a woman behind me - also Latinx - I can only come to the conclusion my money wasn't green enough as a Black Muslim woman in hijab. My daughter walked out with me and burst into tears because she really wanted a blueberry smoothie. I will no longer spend my money at Dragon Snow. I encourage you to do the same.

We got boba smoothies and it was so nasty we threw it away after the first sip. Over priced. And it smelled really bad inside. Sorry, don’t like to be mean but damn.

My husband and I made a weekly tradition coming here for their avocado smoothies. They're the best! It brings me back to my childhood when my mom used to make them. The people running the business are nice and they take care using organic and natural ingredients. Support your small businesses and give this place a try. Their shaved snow is really good too! I get it when I'm missing Hawaii and want some shave ice.

Dragon Snow has been around for some time now but yesterday was my first time stopping in. First and absolute LAST time I will be coming in. The shop itself has potential but the person running it has turned it into a day care. Baby rockers in the back, baby snacks on the counter, a whole baby walking in a walker running the cashier counter. It's a mess in there. The actual lady running the shop was a older Latin lady and she looked a mess. Her hair was all crazy and her shirt was wrinkly with a huge stain on it. Sadly I called in for my order so I just paid and left. I got a matcha latte with boba. The boba was overcooked. Mushy and flavorless. The matcha latte was alright. The boba was gross so I tossed the entire drink out. Waste of $5!
