The family and i just got done eating. The service was horrible. We didnt get napkins the waiter left and never came back not to ask if we needed anything not to give us refills but to bring us the check and a almost 30$ mandatory tip as soon as we finished eating . Incredible 🤬

I wish if I can give them 0 stars we've been waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes, once we got a seat the server kept ignoring us cause we don't speak Spanish and no one in the the all restaurant speaks English. Very disappointed and very rude costumer service don't spend your time and come here.

Food was ok, but service is absolutely horrible. We had a very rude waiter and didn’t attend us at all good. Since we placed our order he had such an ugly attitude didn’t like that we asked questions about the menu nor that we asked if he could bring us more coffee. He didn’t bother to bring us forks, napkins nor anything else other than the food. To point out we were really polite regardless of the nasty attitude, definitely will not be going back. Sad too see people like this work in this kind of environment

First it took more than 30 minutes to bring us the food. When they brought the food, they did it in parts.
When we started eating, a hair came out in the chicken soup,
The fish in the seafood soup. It was raw. I told the waiter, and he rudely told me that he would change it for me.
I wait about 20 minutes. Everyone finished eating. And I decided to look for the manager by putting up walls.
to tell you every bad experience with the staff, and with the food. Ye responded, angry. If I wasn't happy, I should pay and leave. He gave me the bill. Which aside, it was too much. For a meal that is not worth it. Go to this place.

What a lack of respect for their customers who call on the phone to order, they answer you and are not able to speak and tell you at least to wait a moment, otherwise they leave you listening to everything that happens in the Restaurant and no one speaks to you, I was more than six minutes waiting for someone to deign to speak, they completely ignored me until I had to hang up and it is not the first time that this has happened to me, terrible telephone service to their clients

Well, a lady arrived later and just because she got angry they served her first and well they were afraid of the lady and it made me angry because we had arrived first we had to wait to be served and well the waiter had a lot to be desired 👎
