I did catering here and I'm glad that they open early on a Saturday as well as their online system, was smooth convenient to use. Kalua pork was too dry. If I knew, I would have opted for either crispy shrimp or chicken katsu. I wished that they had pork katsu so I would have ordered pork katsu and get a variety of chicken, beef and pork. I ordered a ton of food for a large party (150 people) and it was a huge success. There was more than enough food leftover and everyone loved it. We got 2 large party packs. We got 6 large chicken katsu, 3 large bbq beef, 2 large mac salad, 2 large steam vegetable, 4 large rice, 220 dumplings. We also ordered 150 pieces of spam musubi.
