Best Latin food on the East Bay! Every bite is so flavorful, they really get their spices right. The Surf & Turf (Mar y Tierra) comes with generous portions of steak with spicy chimichurri, huge prawns (not baby shrimp), beans, rice, salad and hand made tortillas. With such good food it can get packed on Fridays and Saturdays, but it's worth the wait. My Cuban wife and I are regulars. If you want a "sure thing" come here :-)

The truth is, the drinks are better than the food today was the first time and the rice was salty. Rice pupusas look like they were fried, I don't know, and besides, the waiter wanted to joke as if he knew him and I felt like he disrespected me. I asked to speak to the manager and no one said anything to me and they passed by with 4 waiters asking if everything was okay.
