Half of an hour before closing time (10:00 PM) Employees always tell customers the bathroom is out of service.
One time I extremely needed to use the restroom, but because I was told it was our of service, I had to request my order was canceled and money be refunded.
They were trying to convince me that my food was almost ready.
I told them that I did not care about the time it would take for my food to be ready.

I went last night, they messed up my order, I gave it back waited forever, they gave my me order, messed it up again....I went without dinner, by the time they made it right those garlic fries were cold and nasty. Called this morning told them about the attitude I received at the employees ineptitude, was told to come on in for a replacement. I did that and would you believe that they made the same exact mistakes again? I mean how hard is it NOT to put lettuce on a friggin burger?...read full review
The people it's bad , I was there for take my break 15 min , when my order was ready 8:47 pm one guy told me the lobby it's close , I ate outside
