I love it here, the boba is always cooked perfectly. Ever since I moved to the Bay Area this has been my go to boba spot definitely better than T4.

I came to this place on a recommendation. I placed an order on the kiosk. It took the young lady two tries with the sticker on the cup saying what the drink was and the add-ons, and she still got it wrong. She tried to tell me that sticker didn't say what it did. I got tired of waiting so I just took the wrong drinks. The whole time I was waiting on these incorrect orders the female owner was yelling at her employee. It added to already horrible experience making it worse. This is first time and last time I will patronize this business.

I went here every week with my mom but i will no longer be returning.I always get avocado smoothie for my mom and today we got it, it was rotten avocado. Honestly took forever to get a replacement, the employee handling my drink told me that they usually don't do exchanges even though I barely drank it. The color was even off. She repeatedly said that all there avocados are fresh yet mine was clearly rotten. This is not the first time I got a drink with something totally expired in it. When i would try their aloe vera, it would be extremely sour because it was EXPIRED. She finally gave me a new drink but it took so much arguing and explaining to do. She literally said that she can not tel if its rotten just but cutting it. Like what?!?! if you cant guarantee that why work/have a store. So baffling.

It deserves no stars but I had to put one to leave a review. So I ordered the froyo which the lady put the flavors for me Due to COVID I guess even though we are in 2023. Anyways I got in the car on my way home tried the froyo and turned back around to let the lady know that the froyo was expired. I knew I wasn't going to get my money back since they had a sign :( But she went on to eat the froyo and said I am wrong because from her point of view it taste good. I said I don't expect nothing I just want to tell you that me & my boyfriend tried it and it's definitely expired and I don't want people to get sick. She continues to say it's not expired and she is sorry I feel that way. DONT EAT HERE they got food sitting out, that was the first red flag and the sign is there because other people complained from what I see here on yelp and they were right !

This place doesn't even deserve one star. 1. I had a roach in my yogurt. 2. The yogurt was expired. 3. I called and let them know and they refused to give me my money back or some type of replacement from their menu. Will never recommend this place nor come back.
