El servicio en este lugar es súper malo, el 23 de marzo por la mañana mire como la manager de raza Afroamericana le gritaba a la señora de limpieza de shopping center de El Portal. La humilló en frente de todos y fue muy grosera y racista, esa mujer debería de ser despedida y nunca volver a contratar en un trabajo de serivicio al cliente.

Messy and they have no outlets, bathroom has wet tissue stuck on the ceiling, no soap in restrooms, employees don’t seem eager to help fix a customer’s problem. You also have to buy an item to use the restroom. horrible.

There’s one outlet available if you need to charge a device. The rest are covered up. I assume to discourage long stays? I wonder who they don’t want in the store… Staff is friendly to me and the coffee is coffee.

I visited the Starbucks on San Pablo near El Portal on Saturday January 25th 2025. I entered the store and made my selection which was a package of Sumatra coffee beans which cost $15.00 dollars. As I approached the counter I saw a hand written note which read "mobile orders only". I got the attention of a staff member and was told they only had 2 people on staff. As I looked around the store I saw maybe 5 people already drinking their beverages. She said she couldn't help me. I could go to the drive through. As I was a walk in customer and had walked to this Starbucks I decided to go to the drive through and see if maybe I could purchase what I came to get. As I was walking up to the drive through I saw ONE car that was at the window getting their coffee. As this car exited I went to the drive through window and knocked. The same person came to the window and said I had to have a car to purchase the $15.00 plus bag of coffee beans. I asked her why. She was in my opinion very rude and she lacked the hustle that is needed sometimes when you are short staffed. Sorry Starbucks that some of your associates LACK the necessary HUSTLE needed in today's environment.

Been here on a few times as it’s a close stop for me near work and have had the manager in the mornings be very rude and snobby toward customers and is consistently slow not sure how she’s a manager as every time I have been in hoping it would be better it’s not.
Some of her employees are just as rude and slow as her. There is no life in this store not welcoming at all and service time is extremely slow.

Ordered 2 drinks and entered to pick up through the drive-thru. I was waiting a little more than half an hour, and was only halfway in through the drive through, before the part where you place the order, and there was no sign of the drive through moving faster. Thankfully the people behind me reversed out the drive-thru once they realized how long it was taking and I was able to get out, but based on how it was going it would’ve been about a 50 minute wait time through there. I usually come here and in varies a lot, usually about 5 minutes or so, but this time it was really insane. I’ve also had problems with drinks such as the strawberry refresher only being filled up to 1/2 of the cup (venti), especially recently.

My order for one drink a frappe was supposed to be done at 10:07am and I didn't get my drink until 10:30am and the lady was rude about it and did want to make my drink and I wish it was a better experience
