Great prices, great boba, and a big menu! Their customer service isn't the best... which is why I knocked down a point. But their drinks are why I keep coming back.. I remember when drinks used to be 4-5$ with boba.. the good times.Anyways, if you're around (it's really close to CCC campus too!) definitely come try it out. I think it's my favorite boba shop that's not that far of a drive. There's a lot of space to wait for your drinks, and they provide seats and two tables. They're comfortable plush seats too! They also added a kiosk which is great when you don't want to have that face-to-face interaction!

They forget to add sugar on my boba . I ask them 30% but I got 0% sugar and I hate the taste of it.

When it first opened, it was such a good place with authentic flavors. Now I suspect that they use Snapple to flavor their tea, or just put juice and toppings in the cup altogether. The Elegant Rose Royal Tea used to be so floral and fragrant, but now it tastes like juice. No flower petals, no delicate flavor.. just juice. It’s not terrible, just what you pay for. They should really hide the flats of Snapple that they have sitting on the floor to at least give the illusion that they have authentic Taiwanese boba.

I have been enjoying your drinks for a while now. However, today, 4/27/23, the young girl working the register between 3-4 pm obviously had no customer service training. Sorry but she was totally grumpy, argumentative, and had a bad attitude. She has no business being on the front line.

I have had milk tea here several time and the quality is consistent. Popcorn chicken was good too.

It's doesn't cost extra to be nice.An oldman with walker walked in, and asked for cup of ice water. The big lady in the counter replied $1. The old man said ok can you fill it with ice first then put the water. The lady got annoyed with this request and refused to sell the oldman cup of ice.The old man is paying so he can make the request like everyone else, and the lady exercising her right to refuse service because she got annoyed. Fair enough.Her customer service would have been applauded if she serve the oldman even it's only a $1.Don't get me wrong I love the food here but people in the service need to be have humility and kindness esp with elders.I used to worked at McDonald, and I tried to serve older people with better service and even helped them put their trays to their table esp the one on the wheelchair and walker back then senior coffee was on $.65 cent and comes with sugar and cream depends how seniors like their coffee.
