The spacious waiting area with comfortable seating and a convenient kiosk for ordering creates a pleasant atmosphere. While the surrounding area may not be the most ideal, the amazing bubble tea and tasty food make it a worthwhile visit. The staff, led by Leo and his team, provide excellent service and are particularly friendly towards customers with children, like the reviewer's daughter Camila. Despite some occasional delays in service, the overall experience at T4 is highly recommended, especially the mango royal tea.
