Checked out this taco spot recently and overall it was okay. The meat was definitely the highlight soft, tender, and flavorful. The sope actually stood out more than the tacos in my opinion and was probably my favorite item. The tacos themselves could’ve been better if the tortillas were a little more crispy or had more texture. The salsas also needed more kick because they tasted pretty bland. The cashier was very friendly and patient explaining to my daughter what certain foods had in them since she is very picky so that was a plus that she did that. We were served our food really fast and overall everything was delicious I had the torta with shredded pork with a vampiro juice.
I love the quesabirria (comes with consume), especially on cold days, the pupusa rebueltas (comes with curtido and a tomato sauce that's hot on cold days and cool on hot ones). The carne asada street tacos are great too (not a lot of gristle), and I sometimes have carne asada nachos to change it up a little. I come here for lunch several times a month and they recognize me (and my order). And they're affordable!
