Double chicken toastada, chicken very dry. Kiosk self service now just no people service cuz company doesn't want to pay minimum wage on overhead. Also what happened to wearing gloves when handling food ?.

El Pollo Loco is a great place for good quality Mexican family meal. My family visits El Pollo Loco 1 every 2 weeks on sundays to give our mom a break from making dinner. The food is good along with the atmosphere and can be made better with friends or family.

Parking: The parking lot is free and easily accessible to all.

Kid-friendliness: El Pollo Loco is a good place to visit at any time of the day for both the food and great atmosphere for the whole family.

The food is amazing. It is quite messy though. A little dusty but it's good and comfortable to eat. The service is okay. Today, I ordered my food, paid, and then waited. I noticed the guy was scratching his head. Keep in mind, he's sweaty. I wait for 10 minutes. A few customers come in and everything is normal. Except, the employees served the new customers before me (no orders online). 10 minutes turn into 15. I noticed the guy who had recently been scratching his head...
