Ew. I get the scallop roll all the time. Its usually delicous and packed with scallops, theyve raised the price but also lowered the amount of scallops that come with it, it came with 11 i counted, i cant even count how many came with the roll i got couple months back, ans it was beautifully cooked, the scallops today were mushy and translucent obviosuly undercooked i didnt notice til i ate a scallop on its own and it literally turned into mush in my mouth 🤢 hoping i dont get sick from this(I ATE HALF🤮). Where is the quality control at this place. Not coming back and ive been going here since it opened!! this costed like $18 (with tax)

This was hands down the worst sushi I've ever had. The fish was dry and rubbery. The fish didn't even look fresh. The rice, vegetables, and sushi filling was fresh. They didn't give any wasabi, soy sauce, or utensils.

Questionable Food Prep/Storage. A friend and I went here earlier this month and got sick. We orderent different items, but both containing salmon, and both of us had stomach pain and diarrhea. My friend's case was so severe that he had to go to urgent care.
I called Rollstop several times over multiple days to alert them and request a refund. They never picked up, and their voicemail was full, so sent a text sharing our experience. They asked for the date, time, what we ordered, and a doctor's note, which I provided. They have since ghosted me and never reversed the credit card charges. Is it wrong to want your money back from a place that got you sick? I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but given their dodgy nature and excessive requests that we satisfied and no response or actions since, I question their practices.
This is also a public safety issue, so I will be escalating this to the California Food Safety board, and would discourage dining there until they have been checked out.

No one to take order. I felt like I was paying for over price gas station sushi. I placed my order on their kiosk and put for dine in.. They packed my order to go. Then they didn't put Wasabi. For the price I rather go somewhere else
If you're looking for quality fish then look elsewhere. I'm not the most sophisticated man but I've eaten alot of sushi in my life. This menu is glorified overpriced train sushi that they overcharge for then don't even give Wasabi to make it palatable.
It's serviceable but not worth the price.

Today is thursday. I arived at exactly 11:00 and they told me it was closed but their sign said otherwise. I told them the sign said 11:30 but the girl said nope were closed… i drove 40 minutes for them to deny me service. Shame. They should change their closing time in the sig outside.
