Kiana was amazing at fixing my order. I Had an issue with the delivery from door dash and she was so super kind and helpful with fixing the problem. I work in customer service so I know how difficult it is and she handled this perfectly

For the most part, the coffees here are consistent, but from time to time, there have been issues with the Late's and some other coffees, especially on the weekends. I feel there have been a few, too many turn over when it comes to their employees. I'm sure the senior staff trains the staff as best as they can. The food like double smoked bacon sandwiches and egg white soufles are consistent and tasty. This location is very busy on the weekends as it is the only Starbucks in the immediate area.

Too busy giving cups of water to the hordes of teenagers to make coffee. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks to be made, and then they gave us incorrect drinks (hot instead of iced). Unfortunately, we had to leave, so they couldn't remake them. Super disorganized location.

Starbucks sucks, especially this store. Overpriced. Cheap wooden furniture + tile floors (always dirty when I've been here) make this location a soundbox, can't hear yourself think. $5+ for some kind of egg McMuffin.?Service horrific. How many times have I been to this location and you have ask where your drink is. No more, I'll give 7-11 my $2.50 for an extra large coffee plus the coffee prep area is really well done and offers a ton of choices. I'm done having someone fix my coffee. COVID's over. Get past it. Will never walk into a Suckbucks again

Placed mobile order 6 min before arriving. App said it would be ready at 349. Waited till 401 and still no sign of them making my simple order. (Tea and ice). Had to cancel because I had to be at a practice shortly. No apologies no comp drink. Only posting this review because it's the third time I've had this experience at this location.

Iced shaken espresso is my favorite drink from Starbucks, and I’m used to order it in different stores, and I always ask to put less/light ice, the reason is many stores fill your cup with ice and with a few sip your drink gone. all stores where I’ve been ordering this drink (I asked to put light ice in all iced drinks) except for one other, they make the drink full, this store made my drink just like u can see on the picture just because I asked for light ice.
