For the most part, the coffees here are consistent, but from time to time, there have been issues with the Late's and some other coffees, especially on the weekends. I feel there have been a few, too many turn over when it comes to their employees. I'm sure the senior staff trains the staff as best as they can. My experience with Starbucks is each location has it's own customer service approach. Some are without a doubt friendlier than others, while some just appear to take pride in their work. This location is close to home and while I'm not a coffee drinker, I order the strawberry acai with lemonade- venti and I buy several hundred dollars of gift cards each year for family and mostly clients.
