“Amazing coffee and espresso from Columbia. Shop is minimalist and bright. Visiting from out of town, I tried their latte campesino (delicious but I prefer less sweet lattes so I will ask for half syrup next time) and cappuccino. Came back a couple days later for a second visit on the same trip and will make it a point to come back in the future.
Parking: Two low cafe tables inside, a few more on the sidewalk outside
Wheelchair accessibility: spacious bathroom“

“A Coffee and Tea shop I visit from time to time.
Most of the stuff I've gotten is good but where this place lacks is the service. Sometimes they're super nice, they've bordered on rude once or twice but usually they're indifferent. I don't expect anyone to roll out the red carpet for me, but I also don't want to feel unwelcomed either.
The only thing I can think of foodwise that was downright awful was the steel cut oats but that might be on me as maybe I don't like any steel cut oats. Their Cafe con Leche (Tres Leches Latte) is one of my go-to's and their breakfast sandwiches never disappoint.“

“There is not much to say about a Starbucks in a grocery store. I can say it seems like they never have more than two people working. Well, at least in the mornings, that is. I like the people though. They are friendly and speedy nonetheless.“

“Wonderful space that cares about San Pedro & the local community. I love the kombucha“
“There is always so many people in the shopping center so I always have to park by the Ralph’s and then walk over to the Starbucks. There is a large covered area for people to sit under where there’s about 15 small tables that you can sit at.“
“Clean, friendly, accurate, and quick. I'm going back today.
Dietary restrictions: Soy, coconut, almond, and oat milk are all available.
Kid-friendliness: Just ask for kids temp in the coco's won't burn your children.

“My experience with Starbucks is each location has it's own customer service approach. Some are without a doubt friendlier than others, while some just appear to take pride in their work. This location is close to home and while I'm not a coffee drinker, I order the strawberry acai with lemonade- venti and I buy several hundred dollars of gift cards each year for family and mostly clients. The Mother's Day and Father's Day gift cards are a big hit. On occasion, I'll have a barrista appear to push back on the amount of gift cards however the Carson store on Sepulveda Blvd seems to be people friendly and try to make my experience a good one.“

“The take-out Barista today was the BEST!!! I order 2 Matcha Frappuccinos with oat milk for pickup. When I arrived they were minus the whipped cream, but when I asked she explained why. That's what made the experience amazing because she thought ahead and worked smarter not harder. Oh her explanation was, "It's easier to put it on versus take it off" she simply changed the lids and walla perfection. I loved that she thought ahead because even though my order didn't exclude it sometimes we are forgetful people. For those who might be inquisitive there's a slight milk intolerance some is okay, but too much is a system overload. Have to pick your battles wisely ?Back to the barista, she did all that with a smile while moving effortlessly making the remaining orders. As I inquired about the lemon loaf she informed me it was on its way as she regained the male barista's attention, who was looking to join her other co-workers who were all to the left viewing something in excitement on a phone. She said, "I'll remember the name for next time."“

“So much to say… but ultimately, Colossus in Long Beach is WONDERFUL!! The BEST BLT I’ve ever had. Because they use high quality ingredients! Their Soft-Scrambled Egg Toast is divine. And everything is beautifully fresh. I love their country bread, baguettes, olive cumin bread, dinner rolls… but I have so much more to try Their pastries are scrumptious: Pecan Sticky Bun, Cardamom Bun, Kouign Amann, Financier, Marzipan Croissant, Sea Salt Brownie, OG Chocolate Chip Cookie. It’s all amazing and I’ve brought a number of friends to show off this incredible Belmont Shore Bakery. On Friday nights Colossus serves pizza into the night. Again, high-quality ingredients make their pizzas delicious. Plus they have interesting and unique combinations. They are tip free because their starting wage is $21/hr. Great customer service. Cute little space with some lovely specialty spice mixes, food items, merch, and wine. Indoor and outdoor seating, and they serve tasty coffees and teas. Colossus feels like a little bit of Europe on 2nd Street.“
