Ordered from the app. Showed up 20 minutes later only to find out they didn't have the ingredients needed for my sandwich. So I asked for a refund because I wasn't going to order anything else off the menu. Turns out they weren't able to give me a refund. So my only other option was to choose another sandwich or to have my name written down on a piece of paper so I can come back and redeem it on a different day. I've done the paper thing before and was never able to get the sandwich that I was promised. So I wasn't about to do that again so I was forced just to get another sandwich that I didn't even want. I have gotten refunds before for other sandwiches that weren't available at time of order on the app so I didn't understand it was told it was only the manager who could refund me. They need to figure out a way that all staff couldn't refund because the sandwich that I now ordered was not what I wanted and spending my hard-earned money for stuff that you don't want to eat and then end up having to sucks.

Friendly and efficient service as I observed the customers ahead of me being served and as well as for myself and the people behind me. I had a great turkey wrap combo meal with the cookies option and a root beer drink. Time and money well spent at Subway on a snap decision to get lunch there. Glad I did 😋

I have been to this location several times in the past. I actually stopped going due to bad customer service. But...... we decided to give it another chance. And the service was awesome. The food was perfect. So thank you for that.

Terrible experience! Ordered 3 different footlongs online to be picked up at 9:15. Order was not even started yet. Angela messed up the veggies on all of sandwiches, did not provide any sauces until I noticed nothing was put on them. Cannot follow simple written instructions. Walked out at 9:45pm. Upon confronting her on why she cannot follow simple instructions, she shows me the receipt and tells me there are no instructions. When the list of all the ingredients are right there on the receipt, if you cannot read, go back to grade school.

We went in with a large order and Leo and Norma put it together so fast and had amazing attitudes. Would absolutely recommend this Subway. The restaurant was clean and the workers were awesome and accommodating.

I had 2 dollars in points which I would like to redeem today (points would expire). They couldn't ring up my purchase using my points. Eventually I decided to leave because they weren't able to finish the transaction using my points. Subway point is BS. Will not go back. Good luck with your business.

I got the Coke and it was warm! They charge you for cold drink but for save electricity they turn off their refrigerator!!!
