Consistently fresh and tasty bagels! Far better than the Noah’s I live closer to. These bagels are far superior in quality, and is a much cleaner and inviting place than Noah’s. I usually stop here when I’m in the hood!

I ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese. One combo bagel and one Asiago bagel. Their bagels are not fresh and have barely any flavor, they aren’t soft and delicious like I was hoping. These are basic bagels you can get at a grocery store, and I’d suggest saving your money and go somewhere else. I’ve heard people rave about this place, to each their own.

Horrible horrible experience. First off they way over charge for a Lox bagel. If you love Lox bagels (who doesn't?!?) then do yourself a favor and buy one elsewhere because hear they charge 13.50 for basic, onion, tomato, cream cheese and then upcharge a dollar for lettuce and Capers! Isn't capers a standard ingredient on a Lox bagel? Then I specifically asked for sun dried tomato cream cheese and I get to work to eat it and it's plain cream cheese. The worst part is I call the store and the owner starts giving me a bunch of attitude about it and hangs up on me. What a joke.

Mediocre in every category, service bad even though it was slow, bagels not toasted well and fillings uneven.
I was so disappointed with the service provided by the woman at the front. She was so so rude. I mentioned that my order was wrong and she screamed really loud in her language and then refused to change my order. Even when I mentioned I could order again she continued to fight me that this is what I had ordered. She embarrassed me early morning with a big crowd behind me while cursing things I couldn’t understand.I am never coming here again! And if you do, I hope you don’t experience this awful unpleasant service provided by that woman.
