This is definitely a low three-star review. It's a simple thing but it can also be a Starbucks disaster. I come in and very clearly order a venti coffee with non-fat milk. The barista is mumbling and seems half asleep. She turns around and pours me a cup of coffee and dumps about 1 inch of half and half into the coffee. I very politely asked her, is that nonfat milk? Nicely organized. Thank you for graciously letting me know that I was in the wrong spot and that there was a line going the other way, ? Great place for old friends to meet up. Must be because it's been there so long. While I was meeting an old friend from high school, the couple of ladies next to us we're also meeting up after 45 years. Wow!
