I used to eat here every week. Now it has become a homeless encampment. I regularly see homeless laying on the floor charging their phones and sleeping on the tables.Today was the second time I couldnt use the men's restroom because someone was showering in the sink again and he wouldn't open the door regardless of how hard i knocked.I informed a staff member and asked them to get a key to the restroom. Not sure what all the 1 stars are about for this location. JM2C; the experience I had here is the identical to every other chipotle I’ve ever visited. Gonna chalk it up to the catty nature of Marin housewives / the entitled ‘middle class millionaire’ demographic that calls this area home. Cheers!
The service is so bad it makes you almost feel wrong for wanting to eat or get food from here. There was a total of 3 workers and I understand close to closing but it's ridiculous that the amount of side comments coming from the employee that was avoiding any guest's because she was " bagging chips" which she already had a bunch filled up .
