Listen, it’s my local Chipotle so I keep coming back and it’s basically a tragic experience each time. Today, half of the brown rice in my bowl was hard, like break-a-tooth hard. As for atmosphere, I sat on the patio where an employee was either taking a break or before or after their shift and was on a very loud phone call really overdoing it with the profanities. Not only was there excessive cussing and noise, but there was simply no respect for surrounding parties.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life. The soda machines were empty, garbage was filled and overflowing onto the floor, napkins were all over the floor and the overall atmosphere is depressing. The workers are extremely rude and even sexist at times. This Chipotle needs more employees if it's going to improve as they never have enough people working.Literal dump!.

We visited mill valley & looked for chipotle but to our shock place was in total chaos. All the girls behind the counter were exhausted & rude. No courtesy, no politeness. The place was dirty .. as you can see in pictures. Never seen such a chipotle joint . Pathetic condition.

I used to eat here every week. Now it has become a homeless encampment. I regularly see homeless laying on the floor charging their phones and sleeping on the tables.Today was the second time I couldnt use the men's restroom because someone was showering in the sink again and he wouldn't open the door regardless of how hard i knocked.I informed a staff member and asked them to get a key to the restroom. I was told, "i don't know."Thankfully a kind young lady customer who overheard the exchange checked the ladies room for me and watched the door so i could use that restroom.I know it's uncomfortable for staff to confront homeless people and ask them to leave, or clear them out of a restroom, or call authorities if they refuse. But a competent manager should be able to handle these issues.Unfortunately, this is what happens wherever progressive policies dominate. Mental illness, drug abuse, and homelessness abound. And when you cant institutionalize those who are incapable of helping themselves they spill over into your establishment and run your business into the ground by driving away your customers. The homeless already practically own city hall, downtown, the public library, bus stops, the train, the medians, and freeway overpasses. If you're going to let them treat your establishment like a La Quinta inn, or a truck stop shower, then I'm done eating here.

Not sure what all the 1 stars are about for this location. JM2C; the experience I had here is the identical to every other chipotle I’ve ever visited. Gonna chalk it up to the catty nature of Marin housewives / the entitled ‘middle class millionaire’ demographic that calls this area home. Cheers!

Have had some less than enjoyable service experiences here. Then went today and they were out of steak and guacamole? How is that possible?

The service is so bad it makes you almost feel wrong for wanting to eat or get food from here. There was a total of 3 workers and I understand close to closing but it's ridiculous that the amount of side comments coming from the employee that was avoiding any guest's because she was " bagging chips" which she already had a bunch filled up . She could have easily came to help the 1 lady that was stuck doing a big doordash order alone but instead watched 2 customers standing for more than 10 minutes and just kept expressing that they are almost out of here and they arent available to do anything. If you dont like your job dont work there lol lesson for life for the miserable kids working

Worst service ever! I ordered nicely and this lady just seemed in a bad mood. My food wasn't even properly given. Literally tossed the food. So unfortunate because who seemed to be the manager had an attitude as well. Like who hires these people. So disappointing.

This particular Chipotle location meets all expectations when it comes to offering quick service and customizable Mexican-American food. Located in a busy shopping center, it can often be difficult to find parking. I recommend going away from the Trader Joe's to make it easier. As I walked in, there was a sign on the door that they'd be opening late because of staffing and a late delivery. Luckily, they were open when I showed up.I ordered a chicken bowl with both white and brown rice, black beans, medium salsa, corn, and a little cheese. I also got 3 hard shell tacos on the side, which is a great way to get way more food than just ordering tacos. The food was good, nothing exceptional, but not stale or old either. Although I only got a water cup, I noticed that the various juices typically offered were completely empty, so I'm not sure if it wasn't being offered or they hadn't gotten to it that day yet.Overall, I think they were a little understaffed, but the staff that was there was friendly and provided good service. The food is still reasonably priced for the quality and it is probably one of the best options for fast food.

So I was at the San Rafael chipotle as I was ordering a burrito bowl I asked the person that was working there if I could have double of what I was getting in my burrito bowl and she rudely said to me "we always have to do what you want" "give u what you what you want" like are you serious? this happens everytime I come into this same exact chipotle in San Rafael. It is always the exact same group of woman that do my order they have attitude, they are rude and always picking fights with me. Isn't that what they are supposed to do? give me what I ask for? They should know that that's why they get payed for to give people the order that they want.Whoever hired these woman sure did a bad job hiring these types of rude people.
