Drinks and food are fine. Bathroom? Nah. No toilet seat covers and looks dirty. Grout on the floor needs a pressure washing, big time. Three young adult workers chatting it up while only one older lady was helping the customers. What's up with that? Won't rush back to this location. Nov 4, 2023 around 10:45am.

9/17/23 Hopefully this is the first of our great tradition--the After Ride Coffee. Just did China Camp in Marin with 2 friends, and wound down here. ....... Well, honestly, probably gonna be a hard tradition to maintain cuz now I got a bike rack and no way am I letting the bike out of my sight sitting on it... but this day it was in my trunk and all was good. This Peet's was nice. Not the biggest, but one of the nicest inside. Nice variety of seating areas and we were able to get some near a window. Picking up your order is kinda confusing though--they had 2 counters and I wasn't sure where my food would come from. Also, it appeared they forgot my breakfast sandwich, and when I got my drink like 10min after ordering I asked someone, "Hey is my sandiwch coming?".... and I got the reply, "Oh yeah, the sandwich...." Um..... 5min I had my sandwich. That wasn't great. 2/5 #sanrafael #coffee

This is definitely a low three-star review. It's a simple thing but it can also be a Starbucks disaster. I come in and very clearly order a venti coffee with non-fat milk. The barista is mumbling and seems half asleep. She turns around and pours me a cup of coffee and dumps about 1 inch of half and half into the coffee. I very politely asked her, is that nonfat milk? She said oh no would you like me to make you another. I didn't answer. She made another.I know this probably sounds a little snarky, and I've heard this excuse a million times so forgive me for beating a dead horse, but when you pay almost $4 for something that has about 15 cents value You are paying for the service and the consistency.That said, this is a relatively nice Starbucks in a clean safe shopping center. Plenty of parking. Convenient coming off the Richmond Center fell bridge into Marin County.

Nicely organized. Thank you for graciously letting me know that I was in the wrong spot and that there was a line going the other way, ? Great place for old friends to meet up. Must be because it's been there so long. While I was meeting an old friend from high school, the couple of ladies next to us we're also meeting up after 45 years. Wow!

The music is not blaring as it is the case at most Starbucks, the coffee is brewed fresh every 30 minutes, smaller place but enjoyable.
