The food is fantastic! The host and the first server were short with us! Hence, the 3 star! The second server was attentive and made up for the short comings of the first one.

Used to be my favorite go to place. Loved it every week for YEARS. Everything has snowballed downhill. non existent servers (only 1 good one left). Sub par, cold minuscule portion food when it finally arrives. Nickel and dime for everything. WTH happened to this place. ? Oh yeah, greed.

The food was good. The three stars aren't for our server but the service overall. Our server was attentive although very over tasked. We ordered the garlic knot brushetta and got garlic knots with marinara. The app also came out at the same time as the entrees. My prime rib came out with no horseradish sauce, which once I got her attention she brought out quickly. It took about 25 minutes for our deserts to come out, and the ice cream was soft, so it had been waiting a long time for the runner to bring it. Finally, our server brought it. They also gave us vanilla instead of chocolate, and the server offered to send it back, to which we declined as it already took too long and was getting late.

Dude this dude Jonny was incredible, nicest and best waiter I’ve ever had. Best service, Jonny even sang a little bit for us. Very kind fellow. Very incredible singer.would come back to this restaurant just for the service when he’s on his shift.

Our waiter Jonny provided great service and made our experience great. If all waiters were like this I would go out every day.

We were seated and waited for the waitress for 20 minutes. No one comes. One waitress passed us. We asked her to come. She ignored. We left for another, better

Leslie C is a great server. Never lets your glass get empty, and checks on you regularly. Keep up the good work.

We ordered take-out and was very disappointed when we opened our food upon arriving at home. I ordered the jambalaya and it was swimming in grease. It was essentially inedible. The boneless wings were ok, but the extra hot isn’t hot at all. Probably won’t be eating from here again.

This location used to be fantastic. I have no idea what happened, but when a drink order takes 20 minutes, and a rare steak comes out like leather, and 8 wings are drier than a mummy, you know a restaurant has problems.Don't waste your time.

I've had dozens of lovely experiences at BJ's Brewery locations. Unfortunately, dinner with my family last night was not one of them. Our food took an extremely long time to come out, and one of our dishes ended up going to someone else's table while they brought me a totally different plate. Things happen, I know, but when the bill came we were nonetheless charged for TWO of the same meal. Did it get fixed? Of course, but only at our insistence, and no adjustment was offered despite the fact I watched all my family finish their meals before mine even arrived. Our server was about as disinterested and unengaged as could be. We won't return to this location, at least.

Large pub in modern building on edge of a shopping mall. Efficient friendly service and ok food, mine wasn't very warm as they seemed short staffed. Beer and cocktails were good though and great atmosphere due to a basketball game on TVs but this made conversation almost impossible
