Food is great here. Trying to order on the run not so great. They stopped taking phone orders which in my opinion is a huge pain. Had to go somewhere else today due to not being able to call in my order!

fantastic vegie food and they can add chicken. Super Yummy quinoa bowls. Rice veggies. Nachos for the teens. Nice servers.... Downside: When you enter: You are always taken a bit back by- This cute cafe-restaurant does not smell good! the wafting of hot water odor from the dishwasher, maybe a simple vent could fix this. Also this time Server was coughing and sick, so now I have a sore throat too. That means a week for me trying to get better. :( Note to Dear Owner: Not sure if you can hear me; This is a health food restaurant, no? At the moment: upset. Give your workers a day off with pay when they are sick.

I love Cafe del Soul's food, but every time I go back, they've raised their prices again! It made sense during COVID, but I used to pay about $13 for a chicken quinoa wrap, then it was $17, then $18.70, and now over $19! I can tell U my income certainly hasn't gone up 46% during the same time frame. Mgmt, please stop raising your prices and maybe I'll start eating there again.

I feel like I would have given an even higher rating if I would have been able to try my own food! Unfortunately, I ordered online for pickup and when I arrived to get my food not only did they give me someone else's orders when I looked at the receipt attached to the bag it had been sitting there for 3 hours! Was completely uneatable even if I had wanted to try something I didn't order. I realize I should have double checked my stuff before using walked out but it was my first time and I was going with the flow! Luckily my friend gave me half of hers so I could at least try the places food she so highly recommended, and they did give me my money back after a complicated conversation with 2 people that weren't quite understanding. Hope to try my real order again and maybe adjust my rating.

Unfriendly staff, which makes the atmosphere unpleasant. The "cipotle" wrap is very spicy because it has so much sauce on it.

The food is great, the service is fast and friendly. But there’s hardly anyone ever here. How do they make money?I would love for them to have more customers (and make more money). It might also help drop the prices. I know I know I know. Inflation’s a bear. But $32 for chicken nachos and a smoothie? I must’ve blacked out for three years.Anyhow, the kale chicken nachos have been my favorite with Cafe del Soul for over ten years.

A really good place for vegan and vegetarian food. We ordered the quinoa cilantro salad and quinoa chipotle salad, which were flavourful and ample for a fulfilling lunch!

Been here several times over the years. Menu is a bit eclectic- salads, nachos, wraps- but somehow it works. Just had a lovely salad- curry salad- and it is a great combination of savory with a bit of sweet with the cranberries. Probably my favorite menu item. Espresso is good too. Love having them in the area as I feel I can always order healthy if wanted.

East parking, it's much bigger on the inside than it seems. Very friendly service and all the food smelled good. I had a coffee and a smoothie to go. I wish I'd had more time to try more things everything looked fresh, homemade and delicious. I'll be back for more
Food is always yummy!! Highly recommend the Quinoa Nachos, however I would ask for the dressing on the side bc it can be a little too much for your stomach. Customer service is always welcoming and very nice ambiance with a clean space! Love the cooks!! They are always so nice with their little notes on the to go orders definitely a good spot for a quick grub! Pls try their ginger limeade too!!!

Loooove the salads from Cafe Del Soul! I typically get southwestern salad with half kale and half quinoa and add chicken- highly recommend! Everything is pretty healthy. Their homemade hot sauce is the perfect addition- not too hot and adds great flavor.

I've been ordering from Cafe Del Soul for years, my favorite items are the Mediterranean Muse Wrap with tofu, the Passionate First Date Smoothie and the Nacho Everyday Nachos (which I got my mom hooked on, too! They're the tastiest nachos we've ever had). I've only ordered from the San Rafael Cafe Del Soul (not Mill Valley) and San Rafael has a great new manager, John. I'm definitely going to continue returning.

I can't say enough how much I love Cafe Del Soul. Me & my dad order here very regularly and have been for the last few years. The quinoa quesadilla with tofu is so delicious. The staff is so great too, especially John! The only time we had a hiccup with our order, John instantly made it right. Cafe Del Soul is a staple for us and will continue to be!
