Tutu's was incredible! I am so glad this spot opened up in San Rafael! We got the shrimp tom yum omelette, the fried chicken benedict, potatoes, and a side of the mascarpone pancakes. All was delicious! Especially the omelette-- so flavorful and lots of mushrooms! Also! I highly recommend trying the drinks. We got the strawberry matcha and the butterfly lychee. The matcha was exactly how I like it and the lychee was so refreshing. We will definitely be coming here often!
We stopped in this week for brunch, and were very impressed with the service, the food and the ambiance. Servers were very helpful and welcomed us in. We got a table right away even though it was close to the lunch hour -- I suspect they'll be crowded before too long, The coffee was excellent, even the decaf! My husband likes to order Monte Cristos if it's on the menu anywhere he goes, and he thought this was one of the best he'd had in the bay area. I went with the veggie egg...read full review

We loved this place! Decided to try something different for breakfast - glad we did. I got the Spicy Tom Yum Omelet (comes with shrimp, I subbed avocado for the shrimp). It is one of the best breakfast dishes I have ever had. The sauce had a kick, but not too spicy at all. And the mushrooms, onion, tomato, and gruyere was absolutely delicious.
