He offered an apology, which I appreciated but was unnecessary, as I should have been better about saying something during my visit, rather than in a public review. This was customer service at its best, and that I appreciate. Upon reflection my drink may have just been a bartender error, and everybody has an off day.As the atmosphere and employees are amazing, and the vibe a solid 100, and now management reacting in a meaningful way to a petty complaint, I am boosting to 5 stars across the board.Go see for yourself what caring about your customers, and their experience is all about. Awesome bar in downtown San Rafael. We’ve been coming here since they just opened and we always felt amazed by all their drinks! Wonderful choices of cocktail, incredible list of beers on tab and their hot drinks are super tasty, too! The vibe and decor are very nice also. The staff is very friendly.

Three of our drinks were amazing and the other two very good. Impressive beer list although we stuck to cocktails. The bartenders were fast and friendly and obviously highly skilled. The ambience can’t be beat with a classic California aesthetic and fun music played at a reasonable level. Loved the place and can hardly wait to make it back.

Comfortable local bar. Fast and friendly staff (although one bar tender helped his friends out of order before he made our drinks). Crowd was lively but pleasant. Had a mixed drinks off the menu that were tasty and well made. Good place to chill in a booth with a few friends.

A proper whiskey bar! First thing I saw when we sat at the bar was the garnishment array, and I knew I was in the right place. Drinks are made the way they should be, with quality ingredients, care, and attention to detail. The Rattlesnake should be illegal, though... just sayin.

One of my favorite bars period, and absolutely my favorite in Marin. The cocktails are expertly crafted and delicious. The cocktail menu is extensive and contains many exciting options for those who like variety. If you're not sure what to order, the talented and friendly mixologist bartender whip up fitting your tastes. I love their pina colada and boulevardier (which is made with their own private barrel of Elijah Craig bourbon).Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there are tables that are as well.

Loved it here. I'm not a fancy drink person. Generally I drink beer. The bartender Manny still made my Tecate special. Ambiance was amazing as well. Big private booths or bar seating of course. Great vibe. I'll definitely be back.

They had a nice selection of different cocktails. The bartender was nice and recommended his favorites.They don't have food, but they partner with a local restaurant and you can order food on the app and they will deliver it to the bar.The ambiance was dark and cozy

Nestled in the downtown San Rafael area a inconspicuous far on the corner reveals a very well-crafted interior design with lots of wood works Booth seating a very sizable bar as well as many large areas for group seating for all different numbers of company. Some may say that it resembles a hunter's cabin with a splash of cigar lounge. You would feel very comfortable here having a drink with your friends or just at the end of a long work day. Even so if you would like to get some work done here there are outlets available to plug in your laptop while the ambient sound of drinks being made full conversating and a view of cars driving by. They have a very extensive bar as I ordered the oaxacan firing squad. Come and spend some time here at this finest establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp coming up into the car.ADA adjacent lowered bar next to the main bar. 5 free standing ada hight tables and one ada booth seating
