I used to come here a lot but last few times the pinto beans were crunchy and under cooked. I always asked for the plain white rice and they always have to go to the back to get it and some of the staff seemed a little annoyed for having to do that. Also some of the staff were not very friendly.

Not sure what all the 1 stars are about for this location. JM2C; the experience I had here is the identical to every other chipotle I’ve ever visited. Gonna chalk it up to the catty nature of Marin housewives / the entitled ‘middle class millionaire’ demographic that calls this area home. Cheers!

Avoid this location ! consistently they under cook the meat and the employees just don’t seem to be enthusiastic about working there.Just so strange how much of a difference there is between this location and the Northgate one ! food is better there and staff is nicer , to be honest even the burritos taste different on top of them undercooking everything I think they are also not that clean
