Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle should be consistent regardless of which location you go to, but this one sometimes has a few issues. The portions sizes are inconsistent. The amount of protein and veg were different each of the three times I visited. All three times the food was under seasoned. The line was longer than it should have been based on the number of customers. I also noticed sanitation issues all three times.

Really really long wait. My chicken was so undercooked it was raw in parts and inedible. They gave me a literal mountain of sour cream, so it left most of the bowl swimming i. Sour cream. Rice was overcooked and they only had brown. The entire restaurant was also out of forks, so i had to eat my bowl with spoons.

I have eaten at chipotle countless times and this was by far the worst bowl I’ve ever been served.

I ordered a double wrapped burrito with queso I sat down in my car after A long day had a few bites realized it was not double wrapped with no queso I went back inside to bring it to their attention and I was told by the worker he personally made it and there was no way anything could be wrong I showed him it was wrong hi offed me an extra tortilla and I asked if I could be refunded or remade and he said “a tortilla is only 50 cents is it that big of an issue to you” I walked out. Some mid food and terrible service workers

Bro. When i’m chewing my burrito and i feel something stab the back of my throat, it’s a sharp piece of plastic. When i was there i was already displeased because the chicken had a burnt chemical taste but finding a sharp piece of plastic in my mouth made me decide to write this review.

Good customer service, associate guide me and explain to me each kind of food the extra pricey food and the drinks he also dressed me what to order because I don't eat pork The atmosphere was noisy crowdy and it's a narrow space,
Food was delicious tasty flavored and with a large portion
I recommend you guys to visit Chipotle and have a good time

Yummy, easy, fast. I eat plant-based, so very happy to put together a bowl of brown rice, black beans, sofritas, corn, salsa, guacamole.

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever encountered coming to chipotle for the past 10 years. The store manager does not know her own corporate policy, and the other really intelligent employee with the busted up lips clearly has not gone through chipotles employee handbook!
