Yummy, easy, fast. I eat plant-based, so very happy to put together a bowl of brown rice, black beans, sofritas, corn, salsa, guacamole.

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever encountered coming to chipotle for the past 10 years. The store manager does not know her own corporate policy, and the other really intelligent employee with the busted up lips clearly has not gone through chipotles employee handbook!

I had a terrible experience at Chipotle recently, and it was enough to ensure I’ll never eat there again. The service was disorganized and dismissive. I ordered a chicken bowl but was given a very small portion. When I asked how long it would take to cook more chicken, the employee had no answer. Instead, she said they were out and needed to save what little they had for other customers—this made no sense. I asked if I could substitute another meat to make up the portion, and she agreed, but I was given just six small pieces of the pricier meat and charged extra for it. They had no clue who I was! I didn’t even ask if they knew me I wanted to be a regular customer. They don’t even realize who they are serving but it was great for me because the service was horrible!! I will be sharing. Heaven forbid you are with someone or LGBTQ+ they literally insist you are separate like I told you 3 times!! I said two drinks & they didn’t get that had to pay separately, said one chip and ring is up for two. Everyone needs to be fired & needs to have gloves and hair nets on!
Meanwhile, my partner—who ordered after me—was served chicken with no issue. To top it all off, when we got home, she found a hair in her food. The experience was not only disappointing but downright unsanitary. I’ve contacted corporate, but I won’t be going back to Chipotle after this.

Got food poisoning 12/06 from the carnitas. I know for sure it was this meal because it was all I had a chance to eat so far and I didn’t feel well enough to eat anything after that at all.

This chipotle usually does a really good job and never runs out of stuff like the other ones. Today I saw a kind of disturbing site. An employee of theirs has no regard for his hair. It’s long, not contained, and he should be wearing a beard net. Kinda of gross to think everyone could be eating his beard hair.

Awful experience. I placed an online order, and when I arrived there were 2 people ahead of me being served. I then go to the mobile order area, let the guy know I'm waiting for my order, with the expectation it'll be made next. The guy making the food gets the paper for my order, then proceeds to place it aside, so he can serve the 3 people that came in after me.What restaurant pushes aside the current customer, to serve the 3 people that came in after me? Is it racism, as I'm white, the people behind the counter were brown, and the customers who came in were brown? Is it sexism, as I'm a male, and the 3 customers were women? Is it just that they don't like me, or don't value my business?I even left a tip, the 3 customers after me didn't leave one, and this is the service I can expect?Hadn't gone to a Chipotle in years, and I don't think I'll be back ever.

It's ok, the prices are high compared to a real taqueria for the food quality and portions. Plus, a lot of the time they dont wrap your burrito right.
Horrible customer service. A lady with bleach blonde short hair had an attitude when I asked for the fresh chicken coming out. Then barely put any meat in my quesadilla and when I asked for a little more she wanted to charge me extra. Very distasteful and she shouldn’t be working with that attitude!
