I love Cold Stone and this one is amazing IF you have the one man (forgot his name) help you. He is friendly and serves great potions of add-ins. I need to know his schedule. His partner does not have the same work ethic. I’ve been ordering the same thing for years. I asked her for my flavor of ice cream and tell her about my add-in choices. She says that I can order another flavor and I responded that I didn’t know you can do that. As I see her stuffing the carton full of ice cream, I remind her about the add-ins. She looks at me and tells me that that isn’t the way to order and she requests that I have my add-ins on the side. On the side?, I asked. That’s a first. The whole point of Coldstone Creamery is to mix your favorite treats with the ice cream. Well at least I thought? If I’m wrong, please enlighten me. Back to the order, I ask that she mixed my add-ins to my ice cream. Well, I tell you what, she was not thrilled about my order and continued lecturing me about how to order. I keep my mouth shut and my eyes looking down. I paid and gave her a $5 tip for her efforts to do it the way I asked. She didn’t spoil me on the add-ins, that’s for sure.Today, I can back to see if the gentleman was working. I didn’t see him but I did see her and a sign that said “Stone is broken, add-ins will be on the side.”Coincidence?I returned to my car empty-handed.

I like this place. Is cream is decent, but pretty pricey. 30 dollars for 3 people. It does have amazing ice cream cakes. The best I have ever had. Its atmosphere is quite nice and the workers are friendly. Good location too.

They have a vegan ice cream option! It's Silk brand and I really enjoyed it. Thank you Cold Stone for offering an option besides sorbet, it's tasty but just not the same. I will absolutely be back!

I wanted to give a major shout out to John and Maria of this location for always going above and beyond When I come in for doordash. But not only that. Yesterday was actually my birthday and they went out of their way to make it very special. Major kudos and five stars to this location for their cleanliness customer service and for always being able to leave with a smile

Kids wanted to go here after dinner. Wife got an ice cream that just wasn't right, unusual taste and texture. Bought 4 cups of ice cream, returned the wife's and an older man who works/manages/owns the shop tells me that she ate half of it and can't return it. I told him, ok, then refund half of the purchase price. He told me that he would have to take the refund from the employees tips(to try to make me feel bad, I'm guessing). He reaches into the tip jar and take out $2.50. I guess he's not aware that taking employee's for any reason is a criminal offense under Section 351 of the Labor Code. Just wanted other customers to know how this business operates.

Delivery of 18 cupcakes and large cake arrived at our door right on time and in perfect condition. Cake was banana ice cream with pineapple, coconuts, and nuts that our guests loved. Kiddos enjoyed the cupcakes.
