We were passing through this Cold Stone during thanksgiving weekend and stopped by for a quick treat, it was busy but the staff was super friendly and I loved the way they made my fav chocolate devotion creation!
I love Cold Stone. However, twice now, my ice cream was served melted from this location. I wish that when serving, the Associates would take the time to actually use the Cold Stone slab to mix the ice cream thoroughly, instead of just mixing the ingredients and immediately serving. Or the ice cream needs to be frozen even cooler.
I love Cold Stone and this one is amazing IF you have the one man (forgot his name) help you. He is friendly and serves great potions of add-ins. I need to know his schedule. His partner does not have the same work ethic. I’ve been ordering the same thing for years. I asked her for my flavor of ice cream and tell her about my add-in choices.
