Suvai, taste of India, offers absolutely incredible food with extraordinary quality. The selection is unique and delicious. The weekday lunch buffet includes filter coffee and rose milk, with even more selection on the weekend buffet. Dishes like butter chicken, tikka masala, and chicken beryanj are very flavorful, full of spices, and among the best people have had. The garlic naan is a favorite. There is a good amount of meat in the dishes, and they also have many wonderful vegetarian dishes as well as a mixed grill. The mango lassi and salty lhassie are delicious.
The atmosphere is lovely with a nice dining area. The staff are really nice, welcoming, and wonderful. It is a pleasure to dine in. For takeout, it is highly recommended to order in advance as preparation can sometimes take forty to fifty minutes. The restaurant has become a local go-to and a favorite for many.
