There should be more people taking orders when there line is out the door. I'm not a fan of the cafeteria style ordering.

I’m an extensive traveler and normally I try a different establishment for every meal. I found Eduardo’s day one and locked them in my calendar. Great selection, prices and food. I started with a fresh baked muffin and the California omelette. They brought butter and two fruit spreads- not little Smuckers packets, the real deal fruit spread. They table next to me was a party of ten, and they all raved about the food.
