I am in San Rafael for business. I currently reside in Houston, TX and we have a really good Asian area of town with some really great restaurants. Laos Kitchen can compete with ANY of those. The Nam Khao Todd was one of the best dishes I have ever had the pleasure of eating. It was like the Laotian version of lettuce wraps and was recommended by the manager. Came here for lunch on a Saturday and was very pleased with my meal.

Shared the Khao Piak Sen with chicken and the Combo plate crispy chicken. Both were very tasty 😋.

Went on a date here with my man and was a bit disappointed because our waiter was very inattentive. My man and I are in our mid-late 20’s but get told that we appear very young, so I think the waiter assumed we wouldn’t tip well. We arrived before several other groups but were seated at the same time and watched as others received and finished their meals while we sat patiently waiting until finally my man asked another waitress if she could check on our food.
