My favorite coffee! Discovered this at Hidden Kitchen, and had to know who roasted it. Their decaf is incredible as well, water processed, bold and delicious. Very well priced, makes great espresso as well. Highly recommend! Looks like another reviewer had a bad experience at one point. The few times I have emailed Palin they have been very responsive, maybe they have changed their ways for the better.

I am giving this company a bad review because they have terrible customer service. I will say their coffee is good and that's what kept me coming back, but of the three times I've tried ordering from them I've only had a worse experience each time. The first delivery was late despite me emailing them to check in, I received no information from them that I didn't explicitly ask for. The second order was the same but two weeks late, in both cases no shipping information is provided. The third time somehow my address was entered wrong and I immediately emailed them asking to update and 5 days later they tell me they can't because they just sent it to the wrong location. Feels like a company full of people who don't know how to do their job or are just bad at it, at least from the customer facing side.
