Tasty but the drinks are expensive. I got a chocolate cold brew (rich and sweet, $6) and my boyfriend got an iced dirty chai (recommend getting this drink sweetened, $7.25). We also got a piece of morning glory bread which was really good and only $2.75. The inside is cramped so it's not a spot to hang out for a long time but they have pinball machines in the back which is fun!
Excellent and friendly service and the coffee is really good too. Nice choice of goodies to go with your drink choice. The only drawback is that it can get a bit noisy, especially if someone is playing the arcade games.Parking: Street parking is best option. There is a small driveway, which is usually used for a quick pickup that is not so quick.

Red Whale has brought hipster coffee to San Rafael. If you are a coffee aficionado and you haven’t been here yet, you need to be. I love a good latte and Red Whale does not disappoint.
