Fast fresh and hot. Manager asked us if we wanted to wait for fresh chow mean instead of just serving us the last bit from the bottom of the bowl… little thoughtful actions like this go a long way.
I love Panda Express at the Northgate Mall in San Rafael CA : ) I have become a big fast food person in the past few years... lol. I know that most and/ or many people have moved away from greasey, overprocessed, and "fake" foods, but I have come to appreciate them greater : ) I feel like Panda Express offers some of the best deals for food/ money ratio. I cannot complain about there App and point earning system either, which discounts or makes items free. Thank you.

For the amount of money that they are asking their dishes should behave hot. They shouldn’t make such huge amounts to just have sit there and get cold. There is a huge difference between fresh hot orange chicken and warm orange chicken that’s been sitting out for god knows how long. Also the orange chicken should be smaller pieces. Nothing worse bitting into a giant sized piece of meat it’s gross and just makes me want to spit it out.
