Fast fresh and hot. Manager asked us if we wanted to wait for fresh chow mean instead of just serving us the last bit from the bottom of the bowl… little thoughtful actions like this go a long way.
I love Panda Express at the Northgate Mall in San Rafael CA : ) I have become a big fast food person in the past few years... lol. I know that most and/ or many people have moved away from greasey, overprocessed, and "fake" foods, but I have come to appreciate them greater : ) I feel like Panda Express offers some of the best deals for food/ money ratio. I cannot complain about there App and point earning system either, which discounts or makes items free. Thank you.
Lunch time and the chow mein is dry, the shrimp is hard and dry, food was not hot… pretty much we sat down and our lunch was not hot… room temperature.I can’t say what is wrong. All I can say is can’t ask for my money back. Do not do this to people if you want repeated customers.Attn: manager.
