I met him while selling at a local farmers market a while ago-during or right after the pandemic. Restaurants were closed and he needed a way to support himself and to carry on his love of cooking and, thankfully, he came up with this business plan. “Very nice place with a great vibe. Jose was incredibly gracious and welcoming. I stopped in to pick up some food to go, but ended up having a drink and really enjoying the atmosphere. It happened to be my birthday, and somehow they knew...it was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. And I already had some of the food, and it's quite delicious.
