I’ve been eating Round Table Pizza for 45 years and this location is the worst I’ve ever had. I would not recommend going to this location. Go to the one in the marina in San Francisco. Julio is great at that location.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to order in. Half pepperoni and half cheese with extra marinara sauce. But when i bit into it there was NO SAUCE! Like at all when i called to get a refund they said i couldn't bc i paid in cash . Which makes no sense! All u do is give me back the money I gave you I didn't even want another pizza bc at this point I was starving. And waiting another hour for them to fix their mistake just wasn't cutting it for me. They kept putting me on hold from anywhere between 8-10min before someone came to the phone just to mysteriously disconnect . So I had to call several times and talk to several ppl before finally they said I can come in to get my refund. So now I had to leave my hotel room, inconveniently drive all the way there & when I get there they said they wanted me to bring the pizza in ! They never said that over the phone ! So now I'm driving back and forth wasting my time! They didn't seem to care much that they messed up my very simple order either . They had attitudes like I was the one who messed up their pizza n had them driving back and forth. Just plain rude !

Round Table Pizza in Terra Linda, San Rafael CA , always delivered an EXCELLENT ?SERVICE. From taking my calls for pick up ,or for my delivery orders, they make sure that I have everything. The Staff are very polite and the place is very clean. Highly recommended place?? .

First time at this location. Drinks were out of order they couldn't even do cups of water and wanted to xharge my family of 6 for bottled water. I was just so turned off by the guys attitude when I was order. I just walked out and didn't even order.

I ordered two pizzas for take out, pizzas were just coming out of the oven when I arrived at the pick up time, I was greeted with a friendly smile it was welcoming and the pizza was delicious and hot! Very cheesy and flavorful
