Located at the food court in the Northgate Mall in San Rafael. They're open the mall hours and it's a pretty empty spot. I don't think I've seen and Sbarro in a long time. They have plenty of options of pizza, salads, drinks, strombolis and all different types of pizzas. I was just stopping by in the area and I knew I needed something and quick and easy to eat. It smelled so good and everyone I was with devours their slices. It's so good especially when fresh. The pizza may be out for a while but they heat up for you. Service was quick and there's plenty of seating in this food court. You can probably also orders and plan ahead for pick up.

Very bad experience, I wanted to order pizza and one of the employees was combing his hair in front of a mirror on the side where they have what they use to prepare the meals and I told him that what he is doing is unhealthy and he responded very rudely when I asked to speak to a manager or the manager and he said he is the manager. ???

Through no fault of their own they're in a defunct Mall. While my mom's Stromboli had plenty of filling, mine had next to none. The staff seemed like they were tired of working there, although they were not rude. Maybe everyone would just be happier if they close this and move to a better location.
