This is hands down the BEST ice cream shop ever. There are so many flavors to choose from and they are all so fresh and delicious. My personal favorite is the chocolate chip, it's perfect. Seriously cannot say better things about the ice cream & service! Also the shop itself is so cute!

The workers were very friendly and we had a fun experience. My husband loved the Spumoni ice cream and we loved the huge variety. We are from the Central Valley and we found this shop on yelp. It's a very cute ice cream shop and we all loved our ice creams. We will definitely be back when we come visit this weekend.

The ice cream tastes good, but watch out. Serious quality control problems here. I ordered an ice cream cake for my Mom's birthday. After biting into her cake a number of times, we were shocked when she spit out a sharp plastic shard about the size of a penny. A few moments later, my Dad spit out another sharp shard. Definitely not the birthday party experience we had in mind!The shards came from the ice cream (not the cake) and, as shown in the attached photos, the two pieces actually match up.Shame on Silbermann's for allowing this to occur. I can only imagine what might have happened if my parents had accidentally swallowed the sharp pieces.

Yay, another ice cream place ? it’s been open since 1966!Cookies and cream is a good flavor here; they had black walnut, moon rocks, and blueberry. We ended up with cookies and cream, almond, and moon rocks.They let me have 3 samples . There’s also many variations in scoops, if only they had 3 small scoops.

Very good ice cream, Exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and kind staff... what more could you want? Other than, perhaps, thicker, more absorbent napkins and maybe, better lighting and sound system for the complimentary floor show (aka watching the drama unfold for other customers, e.g. kid/partner/parent wrangling, flavor selection and order placing...)??

I forget what really good ice cream tastes like. We ended up here on a whim one warm summer night. We both had the best hot fudge sundaes. I just had plain vanilla with fudge and nuts. Husband had the cookies and cream ice cream. That was over the top!
