I have a medical condition that requires me to drink only decaffeinated coffee. I asked at least 3 times to make sure it was decaffeinated, and the barista ensured it was decaffeinated. After drinking half of my drink, I got severe anxiety and hot flashes indicating it was full caffeine. They need to be more careful because some people will have severe reactions when their order is made incorrectly. I won't be coming back.

Came here a few days ago around 7pm with a friend and it was a very unprofessional experience. Walked up to the counter and order an iced pumpkin spice latte but the man behind the counter told me there was barely any pumpkin spice syrup left. I decided to just order an iced caramel macchiato instead. my friend went up to the counter and she tried to order a pumpkin spice frap and he said they weren't doing fraps anymore. she proceeded just to order a basic iced vanilla coffee and when we got our drinks they were horrible. the worker ended up telling me this was his first making a caramel macchiato and for my friends coffee he completely neglected to put creamer in her coffee. they both just tasted like watered down coffee. he was very sweet towards us, it just seemed as though he was not properly trained and was just thrown behind the counter, which is companies fault not his. I hope he ended up getting proper training since and wish him the best of luck. :)

Today around 9:30 am. I pay for my coffee and then I am just waiting. There is just one more costumer in front of me. 8 min and nothing. He finally gets his coffee and I assume that is my turn. But not wait! It is the baristas turn to have their coffee so I keep waiting. Another costumer comes and 4 min more she gets her coffee but not me. I ask them to cancel my order they cancel and the girl that was supposed to do my coffee she doesn’t care she didn’t even apologize. My cup was in front of her the whole time but she was more busy talking to her friend than questioning why I was in front of her looking for her attention.

Watery pumpkin spice latte. I ordered a medium/grande with caramel drizzle was charged nearly $7. Honestly the price was unreasonable for how bland of a drink it was and I could have gotten something better for half the price at a drive through. Such a waste!!

Staff was so friendly, but that's about it. I waited for 15 minutes for our drinks. I ordered my cold brew with white chocolate and a little half and half with cold foam on top. Unfortunately I didn't taste it until I got down the road. There was no white chocolate in it, and they put whipped cream on instead of cold foam. Now I have a useless cup of expensive coffee and I'm sad.
