At this establishment, there is an older Latina woman who works here. I believe there may be two sisters, and one of them sometimes has a way of responding that can feel discourteous. I have noticed this over the many years I have been a customer.
On this occasion, I personally experienced this situation, and I felt it was important to share it respectfully. I would appreciate it if the owner could be made aware of this matter. At times, her responses can come across as impatient or abrupt, even when customers are simply requesting basic assistance.
As this is a service-oriented business, providing courteous and respectful service to all customers—both Latino and American—is very important. Unfortunately, there are moments when her tone may feel unwelcoming, which can make customers uncomfortable.
I kindly ask that this concern be addressed so that all customers can feel respected and valued, and so the work environment remains positive for everyone, especially for hardworking individuals.

Picked up breakfast to go. Paid for a breakfast sandwich, received a plain pancake.
Let me start by saying — I’m a tough reviewer ( evidence below). 90% of the time, I give terrible or fantastic reviews, and this doughnut shop firmly lands in the “fantastic” category (the kind that restores your faith in humanity and fried dough).
Everything on the menu is pure deliciousness. My kids loved anything with sprinkles or chocolate, leaving a trail of sticky smiles behind them. As for me? I fell head over heels for their apple fritters — crisp on the outside, tender insid. And don’t even get me started on the plain old-fashioned doughnuts — simple, nostalgic perfection that somehow tastes like a Sunday morning hug.
Highly recommend — but be warned: once you try these doughnuts, there’s no going back to ordinary ones.

Me and my spouse are from Kansas and, all because my spouse wanted some late night donors and coffee, we stopped by. I am blown away with how good the Chinese food and donuts were, and our coffee was also really good. The value was great for the price and we both got a significant amount of food for only $17, including two large coffees. I desperately wish we had a donut place that sold Chinese food in Kansas, so this is definitely a place we're going to return every time we visit. 10/10 would recommend to others!

Fast service
Tucked away, this tiny donut shop may lack charm and seating, but their glazed donuts make up for it. The workers are helpful, despite the constant rush, ensuring swift service. Weekend mornings here are bustling and the parking lot can be chaotic. However, The glazed donuts are unparalleled, with a perfect balance of sticky and airy glaze on fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth dough. The coffee complements the sweetness. If you can navigate the chaos, this donut shop is a must-visit in San Rafael
I am from Mpls and met with a local client and they provided me an amazing 2 dozen mixed variety for the meeting. Along with the staff being exceptional this is a hidden gem :)

Small place with great doughnuts for a reasonable price. Coffee smelled good, but I did not purchase any.

The famous American donuts, each one tastier than the other, and the coffee in this place is also cheap.
Very good croissant, corn bread and coffee, also donuts.
Love the ham and cheese croissant ?
