Under the new ownership the food is absolutely incredible. I have been to a LOT of Indian buffets. The selection here is not only incredible and so unique to other buffets, but the quality is extraordinary and totally delicious! The weekday lunch buffet included filter coffee and rose milk - a very nice touch and both were delicious. They mentioned that there is even more selection on the weekend buffet. I ordered some lunch for pick up. I got the butter chicken (mild) with garlic naan and a mango lassi. It was really good. It did have a little spice to it which I liked. It was one of the best butter chicken dishes I've ever had. Very flavorful and full of spices. I could tell they really took their time preparing the food. We’ve tried many of the local places. We usually go to another well ranked restaurant a few blocks away but now think that Taj is the tastiest. It has a good amount of meat in the dishes. The garlic naan is also our favorite here. It’s now become our local go to.
