Wetzel's Pretzels

The pretzel bites were really good, it takes 20 minutes for them to make you a fresh batch. The workers didn’t talk much, but they did make some good pretzels!

I want cinna bitz but the store was not open even though I came before closing. There was not a person in sight. I am extremely disappointed in Wetzel's Pretzels for closing so early. I was looking forward to enjoying one of their delicious pretzels as a mid-afternoon snack, only to arrive and find the store dark and locked up tight. I understand that businesses have their own operating hours, but closing so early in the day is not only inconvenient for customers but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to providing quality service.Not only did I waste my time and effort stopping by Wetzel's Pretzels, but I also missed out on the opportunity to enjoy one of their tasty treats. I had been craving one of their signature pretzels for weeks, and to have the door slammed in my face was a huge letdown.I understand that businesses can have unforeseen circumstances that may require them to close early, but it is unacceptable to do so without any notice or warning to customers. If there was an emergency or unavoidable situation that caused the store to close early, Wetzel's Pretzels should have made an effort to inform their customers through social media or signage on the door.Overall, I am extremely disappointed in Wetzel's Pretzels for closing so early and leaving customers like myself feeling frustrated and let down. I will think twice before giving them my business in the future, as I cannot trust that they will be open and available when I am in need of a snack.

Showed up at 6:15pm and they are closed. Hours say they are open till 8. Waste of time coming here

I showed up at 6:50 for a pretzel and they had already fully closed up and no one was there. They don’t close till 7

Don't do it. Been here twice and wont be back. I don't like the food, service, or price. I would expect a place that specializes in pretzals to have good ones......nope. Not even close.

I come here so many times and it's unpleasant when you are given attitude while the other employee leaning on counter laughing on her phone

They don't keep the store hours.I went there 2pm they closed the store.
