I want cinna bitz but the store was not open even though I came before closing. There was not a person in sight. I am extremely disappointed in Wetzel's Pretzels for closing so early. I was looking forward to enjoying one of their delicious pretzels as a mid-afternoon snack, only to arrive and find the store dark and locked up tight. I understand that businesses have their own operating hours, but closing so early in the day is not only inconvenient for customers but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to providing quality service.Not only did I waste my time and effort stopping by Wetzel's Pretzels, but I also missed out on the opportunity to enjoy one of their tasty treats. I had been craving one of their signature pretzels for weeks, and to have the door slammed in my face was a huge letdown.I understand that businesses can have unforeseen circumstances that may require them to close early, but it is unacceptable to do so without any notice or warning to customers. If there was an emergency or unavoidable situation that caused the store to close early, Wetzel's Pretzels should have made an effort to inform their customers through social media or signage on the door.Overall, I am extremely disappointed in Wetzel's Pretzels for closing so early and leaving customers like myself feeling frustrated and let down. I will think twice before giving them my business in the future, as I cannot trust that they will be open and available when I am in need of a snack.

Don't do it. Been here twice and wont be back. I don't like the food, service, or price. I would expect a place that specializes in pretzals to have good ones......nope. Not even close.

A lemonade costs $4.99. It should cost less. The prices aren't listed on the board so when you're waiting in line and selecting what to get, you can't see the price. I ordered my kids a meal each. The total was $33. Unbelievable. I want to give two stars but my kids are making me get another star because they like the pretzels a lot.

The one star because we have to.. one of the worse places to buy anything. The Lemonade it's say fresh squeeze but we saw the lady mix it from a gallon. So we decided to order frozen mocha. So the lady she gave us frozen ice with color only we asked politely to add some mocha she refused. So we threw it away infront of her in the trash. Rude employee disgusting drinks.

Beyond worse. Employee attitude worse and Beyond rude. Drinks are basically ice with no flavore. We had to threw all drinks in their trash and the employees were watching too did not care and laughed too.

Came here today after coming out of kohl's to get 2 pretzels and 2 lemonades. We told the girl Jennifer who was helping us we didn't want a pretzel because it has hair on it she still tried to serve us the hairy pretzel had a rude attitude the strawberry lemonade tasted old she had a rude attitude when we made her aware of the hair slamming ice door. Jennifer placed the pretzel with hair in it back in the window to be resold glad we caught this issue. I will tell all my friends we will never come back
