Honestly, my husband and I were excited to try this restaurant. However, when I saw an employee handling orders, taking cash, and then immediately preparing food without removing or changing his gloves, we completely changed our minds.

He took the payment, then went straight to the skewers and started preparing the kebabs with the same gloves. This is unacceptable and unhygienic. Proper food safety practices were clearly not followed.

The management needs to monitor and better train their staff to ensure cleanliness and proper handling of food. Unfortunately, we decided not to eat here.

I gave 2 star just to be nice. The quality was disappointing — the rice didn’t even taste like rice. The koobideh was okay but too spicy, more Turkish than Persian. The joojeh looked good but wasn’t tender. As for the kashke bademjoon, what you see in the photos simply didn’t exist in reality.

Only one person was working there — not friendly, not rude, just neutral. The positive reviews are probably from people who have never had authentic Persian food before.

Hands down best kabob in the area!!! Wrap N Kabob catered a birthday party for about 60 people and the food was incredible! I’m super grateful for the owner Chris who worked with us on the timing, he also helped us to order the right amount of items and the flavor of the food made the day extra special. The shish kabobs were super tender and perfectly seasoned. The chicken “Jujeh” kabobs were so juicy and flavorful that everyone kept going back for more. The rice was fluffy, tasty, and the perfect complement to the kabobs. Guests loved the food so much that people were taking plates home. Highly recommend for lunch, dinner, or parties or anytime you want to eat some amazing food.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Chris, the owner makes the best kabobs in the county! Very authentic flavors and big portions as well. The restaurant has homey vibes and the owner and his staff are very friendly. Food is FRESH and is cooked fresh per order which me and my family love. Give them a try!

Bless your taste buds with a big bite of one of Wrap N Kabob’s signature dishes! What a joy it is to enjoy such amazing food. Kabobs may be a dime a dozen, but this place is truly one of one.

Stopped here with the family on the way home from the beach. Absolutely delicious food, freshly cooked and well seasoned. I got the beef kebab wrap and it was one of the best Mediterranean / Middle Eastern wraps I've eaten in the Bay Area. The rose lemonade was also very tasty.

Service was also great, the staff were very polite and welcoming. I highly recommend eating here!

The guy maybe (owner) cashier is very disrespectful and definitely doesn’t know treat with customers. Food was okay but not good, atmosphere is nit good at all. Never buy and never coming back again

Horrendous business ethics. After ordering thousands of dollars worth of food from this restaurant over multiple years, I was told on the phone explicitly that my business doesn't matter and spoken to as disposable. Anyone who can't exhibit basic business decency I would never trust with my food. Zero stars.

Details: this restaurant listed an item on DoorDash as available when in fact it wasn't. After they canceled one of the items I ordered, I requested a refund because my normal order wasn't available in its entirety. They refused to refund the entire order -- not because they couldn't, but just because they didn't want to. When reminded of my frequent business to this restaurant, the employee could not care less and told me off verbally. What an awful experience. Terrible way to run a business. Steer clear of this unethical, unappreciative business.

We were searching for a Persian restaurant and found this place. 🧐There were a lot of flies inside but we were hungry and decided to try the food. 🪰🤢We ordered kebab wrap. It was nothing Persian at all. Full of sauce with mushrooms.. Wasn’t worth the price.

I ordered food via DoorDash when I was in San Rafael for New Living Expo. I use to live in Glendale CA-- so I'm no stranger to Persian, Armenian, Lebanese, Greek food etc. The food was outstanding! I loved my juicy chicken kabob *I still need to know the marinade LOL. The rice was tasty, everything delicious top shelf and I loved that it came with Lavash and Sumac. I wish you had a location up north here in Eureka/Arcata area. I would eat there every day!

The best and most underrated spot in San Rafael. The chimichurri steak wrap is an absolute must here!!! I’m a really picky eater but wrap n kabob always gets me right! Super fresh produce and the juiciest steak and chicken, highly recommend!
