The employees -- which don't look like the employees they used to have -- looked at me when I walked in, didn't say anything, and proceeded to do whatever they were doing. A group of people come in, they start taking their order after we both stand there several minutes. I'm like hello - I was here first. This place gets awful reviews for a reason. Let these morons who clearly bought it from the old ownership rot.

Horrible! My wife had received a gift card for Cold Stone and went to the one in the Market Place. She and my daughter each ordered an ice cream, and noticed it was not even fully frozen. She asked why and the person making it said their freezer wasn't working properly. Instead of refusing the order, my wife took it and put it in the freezer to harden it up. She and my daughter at a little bit and ended up just throwing the rest away...We won't be back.

they only allowed us to have two samples which is weird bc they never have a limit, no one was even behind us we had so much time. when we ate it and the waffle cone was super stale which was disappointing because i love waffle cones. the ice cream scoop was small. I also wanted twix in my ice cream and they only took one twix and barely mixed it. there was just one chunk of twix to eat. they did the same for the rest of my family

We've been going to this location for a while now but today, the service was so terrible I left. One worker was helping a customer with a lengthy order in person, another worker started to work on maybe an online order, and the third worker decided to take the customer in front of me. After the customer in front of me was finished, the worker decided to go outside/ take a break/ make a phone call. No one acknowledged that I was even there waiting patiently, and even when he came back, and saw I was still waiting, he decides to go in the back. Then the other customer who was finally finished up being wrung up, decides to order something else tying up the worker again. I couldn't stand being purposefully ignored the whole time and just left.

This cold stone is everything *BUT* cold!!Ice cream is borderline melting... they rarely ever run the AC... this place is not good. They don't even allow you to eat inside. If you want piece of sh ice cream.... Especially if it's melting.... Then.... Come to this place 0/10 rating. Grade = F-

Terrible service.I ordered a cake in person for my sons birthday. The pick up time was 11:30. However, when I arrived, not only could they not locate my order - they proceeded to let me know the printer was not working & it's "not their fault" with admission that they did not reach out to all customers who had an order.They had offered to give me a premade cake however I had already prepaid for a printed cake. My husband went in to talk to the staff as they dismissed my concerns. They had advised that they did not call all the customers who had prepaid orders & will go to the Pleasanton store to pick up my sons cake with free ice cream, in writing, for the inconvenience.When we returned (& now had to rearrange all of my sons birthday plans) - they refused to provide the coupon for free ice cream & tried to grab the cake away from my husband - which again, was prepaid for. Absolutely unacceptable customer service & definitely put a hiccup on my sons birthday.

Cold Stone Creamery is kind of a treat for ice cream. I only really come to get Cold Stone when I get a coupon. So I had a reward to claim and I was coming from work. Thus I came to this Cold Stone as it was relatively on my way home.I've been to this Cold Stone on and off as I do work in the area. We used to come to grab some ice cream after pho. Lots of good memories. Well this Cold Stone is cute. It's in a little "hut" in the middle of the walking area and a little separate from the other buildings in this plaza. Parking can be in the front which is a lot more than the backside, but I parked in the backside closer to UPS and just walked over.There was one worker taking orders and making the ice cream and checking out. I did see another person making the cakes.The whole ordering to checkout process was relatively smooth. I entered my phone number and had 2 different rewards. Unfortunately there's no clear way to select one versus another because it had asked me if I wanted to use my BOGO which I didn't but I did want to use my $5 off. But when I clicked on "No" there was no way to select a different reward. But they were able to manually do it when I checked out. So no biggie.Ice cream was fine and mixed well. He also asked if I wanted a lid and everything fit underneath. Now I know on other occasions I've had fully stuffed even under the lid full. But you know that's fine. It did hold up until my drive back home which is lovely and I put it in our freezer so we can eat it later in the evening.Overall, not a bad spot to grab ice cream. It is kind of pricey but you know what you're getting into when you're getting ice cream outside and not in a tub at the grocery store. It's the experience! Make sure to sign up for their rewards, then it'll make the ice cream worth even more. Enjoy!

I paid 6 dollars for a small cup and the cup was only half filled. Even after checking 2 times, with the server and the person at the cash register, it was not fixed. This left a bad taste, wouldn't go their again!!

Bad customer services. If I could give a zero, I would have for my experience today. The store was empty with two helper behind the counter today when I walked in. I ordered a pineapple mango smoothies, which the first guy took his sweet time going to the back room to retrieve the mixer bowl. When he came out he asked again what flavor I wanted, and instead on MANGO pine apple, he told his buddy it is pineapple, and they both pushing back and forth on who would make it. By that time there is a line behind me, about 6 customers. So the 2nd guy prepared the ordered and let the machine ran, and went to help the 3rd customer, while the 1st guy took another smoothie order and quickly prepared, and cashier's for the 2nd order. There 3rd, 4th, 5th were also done at that time, the 2nd helper keep looking back at my smoothies but instead of finishing it, he went to help the 6th customers in store. The 1st guy saw me standing in front of his cashier waiting and asked what did I get. I waved my empty hands to him, and he asked me DID I ORDER? Told him yes, and he looked at the smoothie machine, shrugged then continue with the cashier charges for the rest of their customers. I asked them if I ever gonna be served, they acted as if they had no idea what my issue was about, so I left the storeWould not returned as this was not my first time dealing with rude helpers here at this store. Not surprised if they are going to close neither in this day and age

Definitely not worth the price. The ice cream is overly sweet and nauseating. I took a couple of bites and couldn’t eat anymore. The place itself is also quite small. Do not recommend.
